This is a Government funded qualification available to anyone in
employment who many have some experience using MS Office but wants to
learn more.
Following your induction and a mandatory one day "IT productivity"
course you will be
provided with Microsoft training in PowerPoint; Email (using MS Outlook and
web based mail);
MS Word, and MS Excel... A more detailed outline is
here. All
the courses are public courses and you can attend according to your own
schedule but you must complete all courses withing six months of
starting.
To gain the ITQ qualification you will have to pass tests in each
subject. These are paper based questions asking you to perform
work on the computer - just as you will have learnt on your courses.

ensure your get the best possible grades.
