Strategic & Project Planning

The course is designed for individuals who wish to gain a general understanding of the fundamentals of Project Management and Strategic Planning. We will explore the concepts of Project Management and how to put those concepts into practice once a Strategic Plan has been created. The course will also consider the qualities required and the skills involved

Using Project Level One

This course is intended for those who are responsible for managing the flow of work through a group of people or who have the responsibility for delivering projects to time and cost.

Using Project Level Two

This course builds upon the foundation of project management using MS Project set in the Level 1 course and exposes the additional features and functionality to improve control and reporting of projects. It also addresses handling multiple projects and resource pools.
